Refund policy

Dryp Factory uses various Print On Demand business partners as suppliers for our products. All products are unique and produced per order. Because we do not have physical items on hand, we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed. Returns or exchanges are not accepted under any circumstance such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product. If there is a circumstance where a return is accepted, the buyer will be responsible for postal charges on returning the item.

Once an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to production with the Print Provider and you are unable to edit any details or cancel the order. If the shipment details were incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@drypfactory.com. If we are unable to make the changes, Dryp Factory will not be responsible for offering replacements or refunds. Please be sure to double-check your information before submitting the order.

If when you receive your order and there are issues such as manufacturing errors, printing issues, and such, we can offer a replacement order free of charge. Please contact us at hello@drypbrands.com if any of these issues should occur. We will need to take note of all the necessary information and photographic evidence regarding the issue so PLEASE provide photos when informing us of the issue.

We will do everything possible to correct the situation and provide the most suitable solution to you, depending on if the replacement or a refund is eligible or not.
